RHI regulations brought forward
The long anticipated RHI regulations are to come into effect on 20 September. The reforms were laid before parliament yesterday giving the minimum 20-day notice. Are you a Renewables Obligation generator... do you need an ITAR?
If you applied to the Renewable Obligation (RO) scheme before it closed recently, or are trying to achieve RO accreditation you may require an Independent Technical Assurance Report (ITAR).
