RHI reforms - parliamentary process delayed
The Renewable Energy Association has just announced that the Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive regulatory reforms have been withdrawn from parliament due to technical issues. Edward Backhouse of C.S. Backhouse Ltd, growers of potatoes and arable crops (including oil seed rape and wheat) in Yorkshire, had two 500kW straw burning biomass boilers installed at two sites in order to provide grain drying as well as heating for the farm buildings, including the farmhouse.
