iQ Property Partnership own 13 student accommodation sites across the UK. We manage 48 utility accounts for them, covering Electricity, Gas and Water, handling bill checking, new contract negotiation and metering.

We also support their energy efficiency program by providing feedback and data on their energy usage. Energy data is available for the company through an online facility, allowing better performance monitoring and reporting.
